Q: What is the wrist band size?
A: It will fit a wrist ranged from 6.5 inch to 7.9 inch.
Q: Why is the screen not showing a display?
A: Please charge the smart wristband before using it.
Q: It’s hard to sync when it lose connecting with my phone.
A: Please try to release the bonding and redo the pairing.
Q: Why does my tracker only track steps part of the day?
A:If you set “day time” as 9:00 AM~9:00 PM (09:00-2100), the remaining time will be “sleep time”, it does not record steps during “sleep time”, please change the setting if it doesn’t match your schedule.
Q: It stopped tracking . I made sure it wasn’t the sleep time . Is there anything I can do to get it to work?
