1.The bracelet you received has no electricity,only recharge it with USB socket can you open it.It will be full charge within 1 hour and must not over 2 hours
2.Please review your device system version and Bluetooth version.The device must at the same time have two conditions:
iPone or iPad must be iOS 6.1 and Bluetooth 4.0 or above;
Android smart phone must be Android 4.3 and Bluetooth 4.0 or above.
3.you must download the right APP:

Android Smart Phone please search”Samrt Band” on Google Play
4.Please open device Bluetooth,bracelet within close range of 5 cm after the APP has been download:
iPhone or iPad will display 4 numbers on the OLED after pressed”Search” on APP,and then it will connect successfully when you completed fill in the 4 numbers;
Android Smart Phone,you can see “Smart Band-XXXX”on the APP after pressed”Searth”,click it and then connect successfully.
