Frist,The bracelet you received has no electricity,only recharge it with USB socket can you open it.
It will be full charge within 1hour and must not over 2hours
Then,Please review your device system version and Bluetooth version.The device must at the same time have two conditions:
iPone or iPad must be iOS6.1 and Bluetooth 4.0 or above;
Android smart phone must be Android OS 4.3 and Bluetooth 4.0 or above.
And,you must download the right APP:

Last,Please open device Bluetooth,bracelet within close range of 5 cm after the APP has been download:
iPhone or iPad will display 4 numbers on the OLED after pressed”Search” on APP,and then it will connect successfully when you completed fill in the 4 numbers;
Android Smart Phone,you can see “Smart Band-XXXX”on the APP after pressed”Searth”,click it and then connect successfully.
