TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS:
1.ISSUE: Bright light is coming on at night.
SOLUTION: Click the touch key till an arrow + hand symbol or a finger symbol shows on the screen, long press to switch the option. Arrow+hand means auto light up when you raise your wrist, finger symbol means screen will not light up untill you touch it.
2.ISSUE: Battery will not charge.
SOLUTION : there’s 3 pins on its charger, on the bracelet it has 3 metal contact spot, Make sure each pin is rightly placed to its corresponding spot.
3.ISSUE: The HR on watch is not accurate and doesn’t keep track of information as soon as I start running.
SOLUTION: Please get the bracelet close to your skin, long press the solid heart to start monitoring, after 10 seconds, it will show your realtime hr, this one is accurate as pulse oximeter. This bracelet doesn’t support sports mode, you can check accumulated steps/distance on the app or on the screen.
4.ISSUE: Watch keeps resetting and program keeps shutting down.
SOLUTION : the watch will not light up all the time, its program is set auto light up when raise hand or manual light up when touch the screen, same as solution under comments 1, it’s not resetting.
5.ISSUE: Does not turn off. App does not work.
SOLUTION: On the bracelet, there’s a power off page, long press it to turn off. App works only after you pair the bracelet with your phone.
