Am I getting inaccurate step countings?
For intermittent steps, the fitness tracker will be counting and accumulating to a certain number before it shows on the screen. Steps are being counted
Steps taken at the very beginning will not be displayed till your steps are getting steady. You can try more steps to check it out
No step or sleep time records?
Wear the fitness tracker and connect it to your app via Bluetooth before you go to sleep
When you disconnect the Bluetooth connection, the steps on app will no longer be updated, but the fitness tracker still tracks. When you get the 2 devices connected again ( you may need to wait 2-3 minutes for the synchronization ), the data will be updated. It applies to Sleep Monitor too, so when you found that no data have been recorded, wait a minute and try the Bluetooth connection again
