Q: Can’t find device when paring the K9?
A: 1) Please make sure the smart phone Bluetooth is ON and smart phone OS Android 4.3 & iOS 7.1 or above.
2) Please make sure the distance between phone and device is no more than 0.5m, device is among the normal Bluetooth communication distance range (within 10m)
3) Please make sure the device is not under low battery . If there is still problem after full charge, please check if many Bluetooth
Q: Can’t connect the device with APP?
A: Some smart phone Bluetooth service will be abnormal when reboot. Please reboot the Bluetooth or reboot smart phone for paring again.
Q: How to know the bracelet is on?
A: Charge it to see if the blue light is on.
Q: How to know the battery status?
A: 1) When charge it , will show blue light. When almost full charge , the blue light will be blinking.
2) When full charge, the blue light will be on
3) When connect the bracelet with APP successfully, can check the battery status on APP.
Q: How to connect another bracelet?
A: Please make sure to unbind the current bracelet , then to connect the next one.
Q: Why the bracelet vibrate?
A: When the goal completed 50%, 75%, 100%, the smart bracelet respectively shakes 2times, 4times, and 6times.
Q: What is the wrist band size?
A: It will fit a wrist ranged from 6.5 inch to 7.9 inch.
