Setup Your Personal Data
1. Press “MODE” button and switch to STEP mode.
2. Press and hold the “SET” button and enter setup mode.
3. Press “SET” button to set 12/24 Hour format→Time→Metric/Imperial Unit→Stride Distance→Weight
4. Press “RESET” button to adjust the data.

【False Start Error Detection System】
To avoid counting accidental movements as steps, continuous walking 5 steps or more is required before pedometer start counting. Don’t worry, the initial 5 steps will also be accounted for.
【SLEEP Mode】
If no motion is detected for 60 seconds, the tracker display will enter into SLEEP mode and the LCD display will show the clock time only to conserve battery power. It will resume when motion is detected.
【Wear it properly】
This pedometer is designed for outdoor walking runnung, the paces are detected by walking movement. Please attach the pedometer near the middle of your waist to detect accurate data.
