Frequently Asked Questions: How to synchronize/pair the tracker to my phone?
Answer: The following are the requirements for synchronization/pairing. make sure:
1. Download the correct application FlagFit from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) (heart rate is very suitable)
2. The software on the mobile device has been updated. To check, tap Settings> General> Software Update (iOS) or Settings> About Mobile or About Device> Android Version
3. The Bluetooth setting on the mobile device is turned on. To check, tap Settings> Bluetooth (iOS) or Settings> Connections> Bluetooth
Note: Tracker will only work on Android 4.4 or IOS 8.0 and above Bluetooth 4.0
4. Your mobile device is not managing other Bluetooth connections. Known iOS, Android, and Bluetooth limitations cause some interruptions. Please contact your mobile device support team
5. If you use more than one Bluetooth phone or tablet, make sure the other is not nearby (or disable Bluetooth) while syncing
6. Finally, make sure your tracker’s battery is not low
Note: For some phones, you must turn on location services
Troubleshooting
If your tracker still can’t sync, try the following steps:
Remove and download the app again (heart rate is perfect)
Go to phone settings/Bluetooth, then turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on
Open the FlagFit application and synchronize while keeping the tracker screen on to detect its signal
If your tracker is not synced, restart your phone

If your tracker does not sync, try using other mobile devices to determine if the original device is the culprit
