1. For the pedometer function: It will also count the steps when you are sitting and shaking your hand. Please contact us to update the firmware if steps are not accurate.
2. For the bluetooth disconnect, please make sure A: the distance between the Watch and your phone;B: App was closed by your Phone.(You may need to change your phone’s setting.)

Heart Rate Detection
This watch can detect your real-time heart rate dynamically. After connecting your watch to the APP, you can set the maximum heart rate warning value and synchronize it to your watch.It gives different heart rate values when you are in different states.
Sleep Quality Monitor
The APP allows you to set a sleeping switch for three time segments. It will automatically get into sleeping state at the beginning of the time segment set and automatically stop sleeping mode at the end of the time segment set. And it is able to track sleep per day/month from APP. Kindly note it does not count your steps in sleeping mode.

Adjustable bracelet fits wrists up to 7.87 inches in circumference.
Troubleshooting Steps
1, Cannot pair with phone. Please exit APP and reconnect. It also has system requirements: iOS 8.0 or higher(not for iPad); Android 4.3 or higher.
2, Cannot charge. There is a built-in USB charger within the band (see picture 2). Please make sure it is plugged in with correct direction when charging.
3, Cannot set date and time. Not have to set, it will automatically sync the time and date after pairing with phone. If not, please restart the wirstband or click the “circle” icon at the top right corner from home page on APP to sync.
