2.Wet the electronic sensing area with clean water.
3.Wear the heart rate belt (Please ensure that the electronic sensor is tight against your skin and located at the center of your chest)
4.Adjust the elastic band length for comfortable wearing, and the heart rate band begins to transmit the signal automatically.
