No,The Type-C port should with full function such as Power supply,Video/Data transfer,make sure your device support this functon before you place the order!
2. How can I charge it?
This Monitor with 4K resolution require 12V-2A power supply.While connect your device to the HDMI port you could use 12V -2A,5V-4A adaptor or the PD adaptor (12V would be the best),
but While connect your device to the Type-C port for video transfer,you could only use PD or 5V-4A adaptor to avoid the device be destroyed while charged by the monitor
3. How do I connect my PS4/XBOXone/Cameral/PC/ MID/Mac book with your portable monitor?
For all connections to PS4/Xbox One/ Cam etc.., a HDMI cable will be needed( In the box).
You could also use a Type-C cable to connect the device with Type-C port such as PC,Smart Phone( Thunderbolt 3 port from Mac is not support)

This monitor has mini HDMI port.and comes with a HDMI cable(one end with HDMI mini and another end with HDMI standard) .
