Instructions:
Step mode:
Press [MODE] until [STEP] appears. Once motion is detected, the step counter will start counting when you want to reset, press [R] (reset) until the number is zero.
Distance mode:
Press [MODE] until [KM] appears. Then press [S] (Set) to adjust the step distance, while the number flashes on the digital display. [R] (Reset) press kontinuellich to adjust the data, if set to make five-second pause. Anders as step mode.
