Operation Indications:
When start to monitor BP and heart rate, please be aware of the below aspects.
√Keep the wrist static, or it won’t test BP data.
√Keep the heart rate lenses away from sweat and grease to avoid green light refraction.
√Adjust bracelet wearing location and wear it tightly to prevent light leakage, or it will lead to wrong data.
How to Update Time:
√Download the APP, open app, press “Settings”, then press “Bracelet” and make a pair. Synchronize Data, then it will display the same time as smart phone.
Heart Rate and BP Measure Advices:
For Light Skin Friends: first open app, choose correct skin color, then press “Settings”, then “Bracelet”, then “Switch setting”, then open “Wear test”. Finally, enjoy heart rate monitor and BP measure.
For Dark Skin Friends: first open app, choose correct skin color, then press “Settings”, then “Bracelet”, then “Switch setting”, then close “Wear test”. Finally, enjoy heart rate monitor and BP measure.
