Setting Mode: PUSH and HOLD the MODE/SET button to get into setting mode. In a sequence, click the MODE/SET button, the following aspects will be set by clicking RESET/UP and DOWN button:
1. 12/24 Hour Mode
2. Hour
3. Minute
4. Unit of weight (Kg or Lb)
5. Weight
6. Stride
7. Daily Target.
In setting digits, PUSH and HOLD the UP or DOWN, the digits will go up or down automatically until you release the button.
To Reset steps, PUSH and HOLD RESET/UP button for 2 seconds.
Smart Step Detecting Technology
To avoid counting sudden movements as steps, the pedometer will not count the movement in less than 7 seconds.
Status Monitoring
Measure the daily steps taken, count calories burned, track distance walked in miles or kilometres as fitness tracker. Plus Activity Time shows your daily active time while walking. Includes an automatic 7 day memory so you can keep motivated and track your progress. The pedometer also automatically resets at midnight.
