What devices can meet the requirements of the connection?
The Toprime X6 can sync directly to select iOS and Android devices. IOS: iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, 5S, 5C, 6, 6 plus, iPod Touch (5th gen.), iPad 3, iPad 4, iPad mini. Android: Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, Samsung Galaxy Note II, Samsung Galaxy S III, Samsung Galaxy S4common, Android 4.3 o above.
How can I set the date and time correct?
Get sync the tracker to your phone, and wait 3~5 min to let it automatic synchronization data.If not, please try to connect again.
How can I reset it?
If your tracker is no response the reset function may help to fix it. Click the “Reset” which can be found in the App-“Toprime”,”Smart Band”,”Vidonn”.
Why do I need to upgrade the tracker?
We continue to optimize our background data, so your tracker needs to be updated to achieve the best results.
1. Get your bluetooth device sync the tracker, open the App–“Device”–“Other settings”, then you can see what firmware is your tracker and what’s the latest firmware now;
2. Click the “Firmware Upgrade” into the page of upgrade;
3. Click the middle of the upgrade progress ring to let it start download the data;
4. After the download finish you will find the bluetooth has lost now, get it connect again, and wait 2~5 min to upgrade;
5. Now the tracker has finished the upgrade and you can enjoy again.
