After wearing the bracelet, sleep monitoring will be performed automatically in the night, but the monitoring data will not be displayed on the bracelet, and the next morning you need to synchronize the data to the mobile APP.
point②Facebook, Twitter and other software notifications need to be set on the smart phone (IOS, Android setting method is different)
IOS：No notification switch of social APPs to choose in「FlagFit」, just open “More app reminders”, when all social app installed on your mobile phone (such as facebook) receives message, the smart bracelet will be notified by vibration.
Android: In the “push message”of the set page add the social APP（such as facebook, twitter）and open, the bracelet will vibrate when corresponding app receive message.
point③：Movement wristband charging method
When charging, insert the supplied charger contacts into the metal contacts on the back of the Smart Bracelet.
standby fully charged: lasts about 5-7 days ( charge no more than 2 hours)
